『少子化対策特別法』〈第8条3項『既婚者の為の措置』〉

既婚女性が『めしべ』として選出された場合、現在の夫との間に1ヶ月の猶予期間が与えられる。
その間に妊娠が確認できなければ、当庁男性職員『おしべ』を派遣し、受胎させる事ができる。

子宝には恵まれないながらも、幸せな結婚生活を送っていた中嶋陽菜の元に少子化対策未来庁から送られてきた手紙。
その手紙は彼女達夫婦の日常を一変させてしまった。

This is a bit of a future story

The country has finally gained a heavy tone as the birthrate declined and has begun to implement authoritative policies.

Establishment of the Future Agency for Countermeasures to Lower Birth and its working organization, Hanabo.
A law has been passed that allows even men and women who have signed a marriage agreement, using the national power as a shield, to make Hanafusa staff members stronger.

“Special Act on Countermeasures to Lower Birth" (Article 8, Paragraph 3, “Measures for Married Persons")

If a married woman is selected as “meshibe", she will be given a one-month grace period with her current husband.
If pregnancy cannot be confirmed during this time, a male staff member at our agency, “Stabi," can be sent to conceive.

This letter was sent to Nakajima Haruna, who was not blessed with children but was living a happy married life.
The letter completely changed the daily lives of the girls and their husbands.
